Bonus Nutrition Peach Smoothie





Ingredients

1 cup Icelandic style yogurt

½ cup ice

¼ cup oats

½ cup very ripe banana

½ cup fresh or frozen peaches

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

¼ tsp ground cinnamon


Preparation

Combine ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
