Filling

3 pounds Imitation crab- diced

1 cup celery- diced

1 cup sweet Vidalia onion- diced

1/4 cup red pepper- diced (optional)

1 cup Ranch dressing

salt and pepper to taste


Ranch Dressing

½ Cup Mayonnaise

3 Tbsp Buttermilk

1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar

¼ Tsp Onion Powder

¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

¼ Tsp Celery Seeds

¼ Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Large Garlic Clove Minced


Directions

In a large bowl mix onion, celery, red pepper, and ranch dressing. Fold in crab, careful to keep large pieces intact. You do not want to shred crab.

You can serve immediately but best if covered and refrigerated over night. Recommend serving in avocado boats. Old school but awesome!
