JUMP OR DIVE DRILL
On the block in the start position.
Coach gives command- On your Mark, Get Set and then either Jump or dive.

FAST HANDS
Pair off into groups of two.
Two swimmers face off with a tennis ball sitting arms length in front of them.
Plank position with elbows on the ground.
Coach blows whistle try to be the first to put your hand over the tennis ball!
